My stay at The Winchester Hotel and Spa was mixed. I enjoyed the friendly staff and the delicious food, especially at breakfast, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness and some of the room amenities. I also had challenges with the room heating, making it uncomfortable at times. Overall, I appreciated the service but felt there were areas that needed improvement. 😊
